We combine international shipping, there is a 25% shipping discount on orders with similar or close to similar shipping fees. Once again, International sales are liable to pay import tax duties on the products price. It is a matter of luck, some units pass customs without a problem and some get stopped.

Why does delivery of your item sometimes take longer than expected?  Please remember that there are factors outside of our control.  When leaving Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings, please rate us on the factors over which we have control.  For example, holidays and bad weather may cause delays outside of our control.  Check the postmark and shipping emails to see how quickly we processed your purchase!

Each product has a warranty covered by the manufacturer or by landloop. We will gladly exchange defective products within 30 days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the manufacturer’s warranty. The return of a product is always under the buyers expense, this is a universal online policy. If any defect is found, a replacement part will be exchanged and shipped immediately under our expense.
