Up for eBay auction is the previously unpublished 2019 Identification Guide on the J.B. Owens Pottery on CD in searchable *.PDF
format.  It included the current (i.e. today 2/25/2022) state of
the art knowledge on the products made by the J.B. Owens Pottery Company from
1885 to its closing in 1909.

At 85 pages it was designed to be used as an update to Frank Hahn’s 1996 Collector’s Guide to
Owens Pottery.  There are 179 Owens
Pieces photographed across the 75 pottery lines identified in this guide.  Most of the lines are new to even the advanced pottery collectors.  This document is in part based on the initial research conducted by Frank Hahn to be used in a second book he was not able to finish due to health reasons. 

In addition, there are updates to the 37
lines for the pottery examples presented in Hahn’s 1996 book.  Also included are 42 pages of images from unpublished
J. B. Owens Pottery Catalogs, Newsletters, and Owens Illustrated
advertisements.  This document is the
product of 40 years of detail research on this company and is just being released for the first time.
